From vine to vision
A new story of wine begins.
Picture an August night, a sky so clear its stars never needed to fall to shape our destiny. Here, on a quiet hillside in Trentino, we have taken root — a place where history breathes and countless lives are told.
Slow down, pause, listen.
A story of people as genuine as the wine.
From vine to vision.
Oxenfeld was born from the courage to reveal a land in its purest essence—cultivating harmony between nature and humankind, between taste and imagination.
Our true north.
Shaped by over three centuries of winemaking tradition, Valérie Bossi Fedrigotti is an agronomist by calling and the soul of Oxenfeld. She has chosen to speak the language of wine with subtlety and grace, always guided—first and foremost—by nature.
Every vine reflects the spirit of those who care for it: respect, unity, and a shared vision. It is a philosophy Valérie embraces alongside acclaimed winemaker Nicola Biasi and her indispensable right hand in the fields, Roberto Matuzzi.
The place
The hill of miracles.
It is a crossroads of intertwined stories: a shelter for pilgrims, a safe haven in darker times, a gathering point for the community, and the beating heart of the bond between people, nature, and animals.
Here, the vines thrive in their perfect microclimate: cool nights, sunlit days kissed by a gentle light, and soft breezes that carry life through the vineyards.
A little Tuscany in Trentino.
Perhaps it’s the cypresses, the tree-lined boxwoods, the century-old palms. Nature here is lush, generous, and welcoming—a refuge for hoopoes and barn owls, bats, foxes, badgers, dormice, and deer. Nothing is missing.
A handful of carefully chosen varieties, harvested strictly by hand. This is the most innovative way to carry forward a tradition that cares for the land—not by following the calendar, but by observing and listening to the vineyard itself.
Oxenfeld in a glass
Wines shaped for those who look for balance, freshness, and authenticity—born of a sustainable, almost instinctively organic approach. Patience here is not a virtue but a craft: the quiet art of listening to the vineyard and drawing out the soul of every grape.
